Only InterplX provides on-going records management and program administration to satisfy IRS and company requirements.

Records Management

InterplX provides professional records management of your receipt archive. Our proprietary data system indexes all documents to their original card statement and identifies the location of all receipts and other supporting documentation, either in hard copy form or digitized image. We store all hard copies that we receive on site in our secure document warehouse for a minimum of six months and off-site for as long as you need.


Features and benefits include:

  • Compliance – We manage the receipt archive of both hard copy and digitized images for the requisite seven years (or more).
  • Easy Access – If you need a receipt from the hard copy inventory, we can retrieve it quickly and provide it to you as needed. If you need an imaged receipt, you can retrieve it utilizing our web-based document management system.

Program Administration

Only InterplX offers the total business expense management solution – from the receipt imaging and submission through audit, payment, archiving and discrepancy resolution. We want you to see us as an extension of your administrative staff, handling the transaction processing, so that you can focus on the bigger issues of running your business.
